1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aiRecruitTalent (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans
- Candidates: $1 per month or $10 per year.
- Recruiters: $5 per month or $50 per year.
2.2 Yearly Subscription Policy
For yearly subscriptions, the full amount must be paid upfront. Cancellation is only permitted after the full yearly payment has been completed.
2.3 No Refunds Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds for partial months, unused features, early cancellation, or any other reason.
2.4 Payment Processing
All card information and payment data is securely managed by our payment partner, DODO Payments. aiRecruitTalent does not store or manage any payment details.
3. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. However, due to auditing and compliance purposes,account deletion is only allowed after one full year (12 months) from the date of account creation or last subscription payment.
This policy ensures proper financial auditing and record-keeping.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the Platform, including spam, fake profiles, or fraudulent activity.
- Candidates agree to use the platform only for legitimate job search activities.
- Recruiters agree to post genuine job opportunities and treat candidates professionally.
5. AI Services and Accuracy
aiRecruitTalent uses AI technologies to provide resume analysis, job matching, interview preparation, and other features. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content and recommendations are provided "as is" and should be reviewed by the user.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. Upon termination, you will lose access to paid features.
7. Limitation of Liability
aiRecruitTalent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
