1. General Refund Policy

aiRecruitTalent operates a strict **No Refund Policy**. All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription Payments

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Once a monthly subscription payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued for that billing period, even if you cancel immediately after.

2.2 Yearly Subscriptions

For yearly subscriptions, the full amount must be paid upfront. Refunds are not available even if you wish to cancel before the year ends. You must complete the full yearly term before any cancellation takes effect.

3. Reasons for No Refunds

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial use of the service
  • Early cancellation of subscription
  • Unused features or services
  • Dissatisfaction with AI results or platform features

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by our payment partner, DODO Payments. aiRecruitTalent does not store or manage your payment information.

Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to DODO Payments according to their terms.

5. Account Deletion and Refunds

Account deletion is only permitted after one full year (12 months) from account creation or last subscription payment due to auditing requirements. No refunds will be issued upon account deletion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare cases (such as proven technical errors on our end that prevented service access), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, this is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
